I AM A WEBSITE DEVELOPER

I’ve been asked countless times how old I am — well, I’ll keep that a secret for now. You’ll have to message me directly to find out; my age might just surprise you!

I completed my primary education in 2013 at First Option Private Schools, located along Km 42, Abijo Epe Expressway, Ibeju-Lekki, Lagos. From an early age, I was deeply fascinated by technology, which naturally led me to the science department in secondary school. I joined several science clubs, where I developed a love for hardware and robotics — spending hours experimenting with circuits, wires, and Arduino boards.

However, something still felt missing. After graduating from Lekki Peninsula College in 2019, I decided not to rush into university. Instead, I spent time traveling and discovering myself. During this period, I came across WordPress, and that discovery marked the beginning of my journey into web development. I began designing websites, then gradually building them. But I soon realized I wanted full control over my projects — from design to development to deployment — so I started learning coding.

Over time, I found myself intrigued by the data websites generate — how it’s stored, analyzed, and used to solve problems. My growing curiosity about artificial intelligence and automation inspired me to pursue a new path: becoming a Data Analyst, Data Scientist, and Machine Learning Engineer.

To build a solid foundation, I enrolled at the University of Lafia, where I’m currently pursuing a B.Sc. in Statistics — the backbone of data science. I’m expected to graduate in 2028, and afterward, I plan to continue with a Master’s degree in Computer Science or Mathematics and Statistics.

Today, while continuing to grow as a Website Developer, I’m also expanding my expertise into the world of data and artificial intelligence, one skill and one project at a time.
